Andis Partners has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MergersCorp M&A International, a global leader in investment banking and M&A advisory specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, headquartered in New York. Through this agreement, the two firms aim to combine their complementary strengths — MergersCorp M&A International's extensive global M&A network and Andis Partners' deep strategic access within Korea's public and private sectors — to deliver greater value to clients on both sides of the Pacific.

The MOU establishes a framework for reciprocal collaboration, with both parties committing to identify and introduce high-quality deal opportunities to one another. Areas of cooperation include targeted introductions to conglomerates, institutional investors, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds, as well as joint pursuit of M&A, investment, and strategic partnering transactions.

Sean Jeon, CEO of Andis Partners, said: "This partnership reflects our commitment to building a truly cross-border advisory capability. MergersCorp M&A International brings a world-class network and proven M&A expertise, and together we can offer Korean and international clients a more seamless path to global transactions."

This agreement marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between Andis Partners and MergersCorp M&A International, and is expected to serve as a foundation for joint deal execution and mutual lead generation across global markets.
